يبدو أن تداعيات فضيحة التجسس على المعلومات الخاصة على شبكة الإنترنيت و التي فجرها العميل الأمريكي السابق إدوارد سنودن مازالت تتفاعل و كل يوم تظهر معطيات جديدة و مثيرة, وأخر هاته المعطيات هي رسالة مفتوحة وجهها تحالف مكون من مجموعة من المختصين في حماية الحياة الخاصة إلى الشركات المنتجة لبرامج الحماية ومضادات الفيروسات من أجل التعامل بشفافية وتوضيح طريقة تعاملهم بالنسبة للبرامج الضارة المطورة من طرف بعض الدول و الحكومات.
بعد أن طفت إلى السطح فضيحة البرنامج التجسسي الأمريكي Prism و تورط شركات العالم الرقمي الكبرى في التعاون مع الحكومات و الدول في التجسس على مواطينيها, قرر مجموعة من المختصين في حماية و الدفاع عن الحياة الشخصية وعلى رأسهم Bruce Schneier المختص في التشفير توجيهرسالة مفتوحة إلى الشركات المنتجة لمضادات الفيروسات من أجل توضيح طريقة عملهم وممارساتهم إتجاه بعض البرامج التجسسية الضارة التي تنتجها مخابرات بعض الدول سواء في الماضي أو حاليا.
وحسب أحد أفراد هاته المجموعة فإن العديد من الحكومات أعطت إذنا لأجهزة الشرطة و المخابرات إختراق حواسيب في إطار تحقيقات خاصة ومن أجل ذالك يجب عليهم الإعتماد على البرامج الضارة والثغرات داخل برامج الحماية و مضادات الفيروسات وهو ما يدعو للتساؤل حول الدور المفترض لشركات إنتاج برامج الحماية ومضادة الفيروسات في ذالك و ما إن كانت تتعاون مع الحكومات من أجل خرق مبدأ الحياة الخاصة للمواطنين و التجسس عليهم أو أنها تتغاضى عن ذالك.
يبدو أن الرسالة الجديدة ستفتح جدلا كبيرا حول دور برامج الحماية ومضادات الفيروسات في التجسس على بيانات المستخدمين في إنتظار رد من الشركات المنتجة لهاته البرامج.
يعلمالمسلمونعلماليقينأنهناكمصيرانلاثالث لهما بعد قيام الساعة والعرض على الله تعالى، فإما إلى جنة ونهر، وإما إلى نار تستعر، فعلى كل كيس فطن أن يعمل للحياة الباقية وهي الآخرة، ولا يقدمها على الحياة الفانية وهي الدنيا، فيعمل بكل ما أمر به الله تعالى وخصوصا الفروض من الصلاة والصيام والزكاة والحج، وكذلك يبتعد عن كل المحرمات وخصوصا الكبائر.
وهناك ثلاثة أعمال ورد عن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم الوعد بأن من يلتزم بهما يحرم الله جلده على النار، وعلى كل مسلم الإلتزام بهما كي ينجو يوم لا ينفع مال ولا بنون إلا من أتى الله بقلب سليم:
1) الإلتزام بالصلوات في وقتها في المساجد وخصوصا صلاتي الفجر والعصر، فعن عمارة بن رويبة الثقفي رضي الله عنه أنه قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول "لن يلج النار أحد صلى قبل طلوع الشمس وقبل غروبها" يعني الفجر والعصر، فقال له رجل من أهل البصرة: آنت سمعت هذا من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم؟ قال: نعم، قال الرجل: وأنا أشهد أني سمعته من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، سمعته أذناي ووعاه قلبي" رواه مسلم.
فائدة: المقصود بقوله عليه السلام "صلى قبل طلوع الشمس وقبل غروبها" أي حافظ على صلاة الفجر والعصر في أوقاتهن بشكل دائم.
2) اغبرار القدم في سبيل الله تعالى سواء في العبادات أو الجهاد في سبيل الله تعالى، فقد ورد عن عباية بن رفاعة رضي الله عنه أنه قال: أدركني أبو عبس وأنا أذهب إلى الجمعة فقال: سمعت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول "من اغبرت قدماه في سبيل الله حرمه الله على النار" رواه البخاري.
3) الإلتزام دائما بأربع ركعات قبل صلاة الظهر وبأربع ركعات بعدها، قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم "من حافظ على أربع ركعات قبل الظهر، وأربع بعدها؛ حرمه الله على النار" رواه الترمذي وإسناده حسن.
أخي المسلم أختي المسلمة التزموا بهذه الأعمال كي تجعل جسدكم محرم على النار وانقلوا هذا الموضوع للمنتديات الأخرى وعلى الإيميل حتى تأخذوا أجر كل من يعمل بهذه الأعمال لقول الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم "من دعا إلى هدى، كان له من الأجر مثل أجور من تبعه، لا ينقص ذلك من أجورهم شيئا، ومن دعا إلى ضلالة، كان عليه من الإثم مثل آثام من تبعه، لا ينقص ذلك من آثامهم شيئا" رواه مسلم.

I know that body language is different in different
cultures, but it seems to me that there must be some
signals that cut across every land. When I was in France
recently I was able to pick up people my own age by
using the same flirting technique I had learned in the
States, a sideways glance and a smile. If things are so
different in different lands, why did this work so well?
First of all, while some signals are different, many are
the same from culture to culture. We borrow body language
from other cultures just as we borrow words. The
movies are the greatest source of cross-cultural body
language borrowing.
Second, your flirting signal worked in France because
it is a part of French body language. The gesture you
used is one compounded of eye and eyebrow movements
combined with a smile. In doing it, the eyebrows are
jerked upward for about one-sixth of a second—so small
a time that its impact is subliminal—and the glance is
given from the corner of the eye. It's a simple greeting,
a look that in essence says "hello!," then slides away before
it can be answered.
The accompanying smile, of course, does a great deal.
It says you're interested and receptive, and it invites the
man to take the initiative.
In tests in primitive tribes in various parts of the world,
the smile was found to be the only universal body language
signal, and the ability to smile is undoubtedly inTHE

herited. We never have to learn how to do it. We're
born with the knowledge.
The greeting with the eyes, the flirting glance, is
another matter. Irenaus Eibl-Eibesfeldt, a German behavioral
scientist, used cameras and mirrorlike attachments
that permitted him to film people all over the
world without their knowledge. With each picture, he
wrote down the social context in which the filmed incident
occurred.
Comparing his films, he found that among the most
different people in the world, Balinese, Papuans, French,
and Waika Indians, a rapid raising and lowering of the
eyebrows accompanied by a smile and often a nod was
used as a friendly flirting gesture—the same sort of gesture
you describe. It worked for you in the States and in
France, too. Eibl-Eibesfeldt found that it works all over
the world.
He likens this flirting glance to one of the gestures
passed down from "an ancient evolutionary inheritance."
Other inherited gestures, according to this German behaviorist,
are rotating our arms inward and raising our
shoulders when we're threatened, pulling the corners of
our mouths down when we're angry, exposing upper
canine teeth which are no longer large enough to be
dangerous when we're annoyed, and, in women, lowering
the eyelids and head as they look away. This, he feels is
a evolutionary remnant of the animal's flight reaction.
These findings of hereditary signals in our body language
lexicon contradict the idea that only the smile

انها ام احمد تلك السيده التي لا يخلو منها منزل مصري احيانا عصري واحيانا حصري
