ربما كنا في حاجة لمليونية بكاء جماعي، ليس بكاء غضب أو حزن، إنما تفريغ لشحنات عواطف أفقدتنا قدرا من الاتزان النفسي كنا

احنا يا جماعه لازم نرفع اكف الضراعه الي الله ونحمده علي ان رموزنا عندهم من الاتزان النفسي ما يكفي انهم ما يوصلش بيهم الحال للشطط والمراهقه والتفاهه اللي عند اغلب رموز النادي التافh الوضي3 دا وجه مُبتسم

ما هي أول الأمور التي اتوسمها في صداقاتي؟ أبحث عن الإتزان النفسي وإتساع الأفق وخفة الظل. مهم أن أحس بالأمان مع شخص لا يعاني تناقضا مع نفسه ويدرك نواقصها. ومهم أيضا قبول إختلاف الآخر وحس النكتة. لا بأس ببعض الهفوات فذاك وارد فينا جميعا ولكن يهمني جدا أن أحس بالأمان والإيجابية.

مِن أوجُه عَظمة القرآن خلقُه الاتّزان النّفسيّ والرّوحيّ عند قارئه، فتَجِدُ القرآن يؤكّد معاني ويُكرّرها؛ فصار قراءتها وتدبّرها معيناً على ترسيخ تلك المعاني في قلبِه، وأصبح تعاهدها هو التّرياق الّذي يهذّبه ويجدّد في قلبه هذه المعاني القرآنية!
وهذا يأتي من عِدّة أوجه، منها:

 أرقى تعامل مع النفس هو التسامح مع الذات يعطيكي الإتزان والهدوء النفسي , بعدو حتحسي بجد بحب الذات وقبولها , وتحسي روحك أكثر خفه بجعةقلب ينمو

وحسك عينك تدوري أي شعور سيء أو موقف وتقبليه ع أنو عقاب لكي تستحقيه مقابل غلط سويتيه 
 عناصر الإتزان النفسي حب الشخص لنفسه والآخرين ..
أما الأناني فهو شخص لا يحب إلا ذاته ويتمنى الخير له وحده فقط ..!
الاتزان النفسي.
- عدم الشعور بالتوتر والضيق.
- الشعور بالسعادة الداخلية.
- فصاحة اللسان.
- قوة الذاكرة.
- قلة الإصابة بالأمراض العصبية.

 قال الله ﷻ { فمن اتّبع هداي فلا يضلُّ ولا يشقى}.

السلام النفسي و الذي اعبر عنه من فلسفتي الداخلية بالهدوء و السكينة و الرضا التام ، يعطيك القوة لداخلية لضبط النفس و التعمق بالأفكار و الوضوح في الأقوال و الأعمال ، يساعدك على أخذ أفضل القرارات و أنجحها ، هذه فؤائد الإتزان النفسي يحميك من الضجيج الداخلي الغير مجدي.

اللهُمَّ باعد بيني وبين الإكتئاب، وعالجني من التقصير في الصلوات، ولا تبتليني بهمومٍ لا أتحملها، وإجعلني بفضلك مُستجاب الدعوات.

لستُ نصفًا لأنتظر أحد يُكملني، ذاتي دائمًا مكتمله فإن أتى شخصٌ لحياتي فما هو إلا نجم يزين سمائي، وإن رحل فما أجمل السماء وهي صافية.
تعجبني مصاحبة الناس البسيطة، الذين لا يفتخرون بشيء في هذه الحياة سوى أخلاقهم، ولا يهمّهم من هذه الدنيا سوى الابتسامة والتواضع .
