 لماذا  لا يكون فحص الحالة العقلية، من ضمن الحالات التي يشملها الفحص الإلزامي للمقبلين على الزواج ..؟

ما أندم إلا بحالتين :
إذا شبعت وجا أكل احلى من اللي اكلته، 
وإذا خطر على بالي رد قوي بعد ماخلصت المشكله.." 

التجديد هو روح الحياة الزوجية السعيدة، ولكي تبلغ ذروة الشعور بالسعادة فيجب عليك أن تجعله يشمل جانبي حياتك (الظاهري منها والباطني) وهو ما يعني الجانب النفسي.

كيف يقدرون يعملون كونترول على استخدام التلفزيون والآيباد واليوم جدا طويل؟؟

قال لى عقلى واين اسكن انا؟
ان يلجأ اليك حيوان ضعيف او يقترب منك فلا تنهره, فهو لا يطلب منك الكثير..لقمة بسيطة او بواقي طعامك تكفيه لانهاء يومه وهو علي قيد الحياة..كسرة خبز قد تكفيه للهروب من فكي الجوع وانيابه..فكن لها ولا تدعه.!!
