وبأنك لا تعرف أفضل الطعام المناسب لجسمك وشخصيتك , وأنك كلما أكلت أحسست بالذنب لذلك , لا تحزن , برنامج الغذاء الميزان يدلك على الطريق بإذن الله ؟ 1- لعل أهم النقاط التي يتم الحصول عليها بعد تطبيق الأسابيع الأولى من البرنامج هي , تغير طريقة تفكيرك في الغذاء , فبعد تطبيق البرنامج لأول مرة وفي المرحلة الأولى تكتشف لأول مرة أنك لم تكن تفهم جسمك , وكيف يعمل , وما الأطعمة المناسبة لتربتك وعناصرك التى خلقك الله تعالى منها , وما الأطعمة غير المناسبة لهذه التربة التي تحدد لونك وسلوكك , وذلك مصداقا لحديث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم , " إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ خَلَقَ آدَمَ مِنْ قَبْضَةٍ قَبَضَهَا مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْأَرْضِ فَجَاءَ بَنُو آدَمَ عَلَى قَدْرِ الْأَرْضِ جَعَلَ مِنْهُمْ الْأَحْمَرَ وَالْأَبْيَضَ وَالْأَسْوَدَ وَبَيْنَ ذَلِكَ وَالسَّهْلَ وَالْحَزْنَ وَبَيْنَ ذَلِكَ وَالْخَبِيثَ وَالطَّيِّبَ وَبَيْنَ ذَلِكَ " رواه الترمذي وأبو داود وأحمد , فكل ما تتناوله من أطعمة قد جاء من الأرض , وهو يحتوي على نفس العناصر الموجودة في جسمك , هذه العناصر التي تتفاعل في داخل الجسم بالتفاعلات الحيوية الكيميائية والتي من خلالها تتم الحياة والنشاط والتفكير والهضم والانفعال والتنفس والتناسل والتكاثر وكل عمليات الحياة المختلفة , وإذا اختلت هذه العناصر , اختلت رغبتك في تناول الأطعمة الصحيحة , وكذلك اختلت تفاعلاتك الحيوية التي تبنى على هذه العناصر , ومن ثم تظهر العادات الغذائية السيئة والأمراض , ولذلك فقد لاحظنا ومن خلال المئات والآلاف الذين طبقوا برنامج الغذاء الميزان , أن استعادة العناصر الموجودة في الأغذية وبشكل كامل وبهذه المقادير التي وضعها القرآن كفيل بأن يعوض نقص العناصر في جسمك وأن يرجع توازنه والعادات الصحيحة والشفاء من المرض بإذن الله سبحانه وتعالى إضافة إلى ذلك , فستختلف طريقة تفكيرك وعاداتك في الغذاء , من العادات السيئة إلى العادات الصحية الحسنة بإذن الله سبحانه وتعالى , هذه الأرض التي جعل الله سبحانه وتعالى فيها شفاء للناس بإذنه تعالى , بقوله تعالى " وَالْأَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْأَنَامِ ( 10) فِيهَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَالنَّخْلُ ذَاتُ الْأَكْمَامِ ( 11) وَالْحَبُّ ذُو الْعَصْفِ وَالرَّيْحَانُ ( 12) الرحمن . الغذاء الميزان يعلمك كيف تكون طبيب نفسك وتعرف أفضل الأطعمة التي تفيدك بدون أن يكون معك طبيب , بإذن الله 2- وستكتشف بنفسك بإذن الله تعالى مدى الأخطاء الغذائية التي كنت تفعلها دون أن تدري والتي تراكمت على مر السنين والتي بدورها أدت إلى ظهور المرض الجسدي وكثير من التغيرات النفسية في جسمك مثل التعب العام والشعور بالإحباط وعدم التفاؤل والإرهاق وما إلى ذلك , وستصبح أفضل من مائة طبيب لأنك تفهم جسمك ولأول مرة بصورة تامة , ستعرف إن شاء الله ما يناسبه وما يضره , وستصبح خير طبيب لنفسك التي خلقها الله تعالى ولك وأمرك بأن تراعيها وهو سائلك عنها وقد ذكر ذلك رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في الحديث " لا تزول قدما عبد يوم القيامة حتى يسأل عن عمره فيما أفناه وعن علمه فيما فعل وعن ماله من أين اكتسبه وفيم أنفقه , وعن جسمه فيما أبلاه " رواه الترمذي , وستبدأ بإذن الله تعالى وبشكل تلقائي وسهل جدا أن تتخلص من العادات الغذائية السيئة والأطعمة السيئة التي لا تناسب تربتك وخلقتك التي فطرك الله عليها , وتسبدلها بكل طيب يحتوي من العناصر ما هو مناسب لتربتك وما تحتويه من عناصر التي فطرك الله تعالى عليها , فهذا البرنامج ينطبق عليه المثل الياباني المعروف " لا تعطني سمكا , ولكن علمني كيف أصيد السمك " , وهو بإذن الله يعلمك كيف تكون طبيب نفسك وكيف تفهم جسمك ونفسك وحاجاتهما من الغذاء والطعام والشراب بالمقدار والكمية والنوعية والكيفية المناسبة بإذن الله تعالى . هل تشكو من ضعف الذاكرة وخذلانها لك في أحلك الأوقات , الغذاء الميزان يعيد لك ذاكرتك بإذن الله 3- ستلاحظ إن شاء الله تحسنا كبيرا وملحوظا في الذاكرة على كافة المستويات في الذاكرة البعيدة والقريبة واليومية بإذن الله , فكثير من الناس يشكون مما أسميه مرض العصر والذي يتمثل بضعف الذاكرة وضعف التركيز والتوتر والتشوش الفكري والأخطاء الكثيرة التي تحدث لهم يوميا بسبب ضعف الذاكرة وعدم عملها بشكل حثيث , وقد ذكرت بالتفصيل كيف يقوم زيت الزيتون وغيرها من التين والتمر ولبن الماعز والخل والسمك وهي أساسيات في نظام الغذاء الميزان , كيف تلعب دورا هذه الأغذية العظيمة في تحسين الذاكرة والتركيز والانتباه بشكل رائع , إضافة إلى ذلك فقد لاحظنا أن الآلاف ممن طبقوا نظام الغذاء الميزان , أجابوا على سؤال الذاكرة , بأن ذاكرتهم قد أصبحت أفضل وأقوى وأنهم بدأوا يتخلصون من مشاكل العصر من ضعف هذه الذاكرة , وضعف التركيز والانتباه والتشوش , وأنهم أصبحو أكثر تركيزا وأقوى ذاكرة , وأكثر انتباها بفضل ونعمة من الله , للمزيد من التفصيل في أنواع الذاكرة وكيف ستبعث هذه الذاكرة يوم القيامة وهو مأخوذ من كتاب زيت الزيتون شراب ودواء ووقاية وشفاء , أحد كتب موسوعة الغذاء الميزان , ادخل على هذا الرابط أنواع الذاكرة عند الإنسان وكيف تعاد في ضوء يوم القيامة حيث يصنف العلماء الذاكرة إلى ثلاثة أنواع , الذاكرة القصيرة ( اليومية أو اللحظية ) والذاكرة العاطفية , والذاكرة الطويلة ( عبر الشهور والسنين ) . فأما الذاكرة القصيرة فهي تعمل بشكل عجيب , فقد قال العلماء بأن هناك دارات في داخل الدماغ تشبه دارات الكمبيوتر , وعددها محدود , عشرة آلاف مثلا , هذه الدارات هي المسئولة عن الذاكرة القصيرة أو اللحظية أو اليومية , ولكن مم تتكون هذه الدارات ؟ ,ولكن كيف تعمل الذاكرة القصيرة وكيف تخزن ؟ الذاكرة القصيرة ( اليومية ) وجد العلماء أن دخول التنبيه إلى الدماغ مثل دخول رقم تلفون يذكر أمامك , يخزن في دارة من هذه الدارت , إذ يدخل التنبيه إلى العصبون الأول في هذه الدارة ( العصبون هو خلية عصبية واحدة ) ومن ثم ينتقل التنبيه إلى العصبون الثاني , ومن الثاني إلى الثالث , ومن الثالث إلى الرابع , فالخامس فالسادس وهكذا إلا أن يصل إلى العصبون الأخير في الدورة , فيتصل العصبون الأخير بالعصبون الأول , وينتقل التنبيه من العصبون الأخير إلى العصبون الاول بشكل دائرة , ومن هنا جاء اسم دارة , وهكذا تدور الدورة مرة ثانية , وثالثة , وتبقى المعلومة في دماغ الإنسان ما دام التنبيه يسير في هذه الدارة , وربما كان الإنسان يمتلك عشرة آلاف دارة أو أكثر أو أقل , حسب اختلاف البشر , وكل دارة من هذه الدارات العصبية , تختزن معلومة , فإذا كان هذا الإنسان من النوع المشغول جدا , الذي تأتيه المعلومات اليومية واللحظية بشكل كبير جدا , مثل الأطباء ورجال الأعمال والسياسيين , فإن الدارات كلها تكون مشغولة بمعلومات لحظية يومية , فإذا جاءت معلومة جديدة لهذا الإنسان , فإن الدماغ يقوم بشكل تلقائي بإيقاف التنبيه في إحدى الدارات , فتتوقف المعلومة القديمة وتغيب عن الذاكرة , ويملؤها بالمعلومة الجديدة , طبعا يقوم الدماغ بإلغاء أقل المعلومات أهمية واستخداما للإنسان , وهذا ما يفسر لماذا يكون الأشخاص المشغولين بشكل كبير ذوي ذاكرة لحظية يومية ضعيفة , لأن كم المعلومات التي تأتيهم يوميا كثيرة جدا , فتفرغ الدارات أولا بأول , ولا تبقى المعلومة لديهم إلا لفترة وجيزة جدا , لأن كثرة المعلومات تملأ الدارات بشكل سريع جدا , الصورة الذاكرة العاطفية ( العميقة ) أما الذاكرة العاطفية , فهي الذاكرة المرتبطة بانفعالات عادة , ويعتقد أن هذا النوع من الذاكرة عميق جدا ولا ينسى , لأنه مرتبط بعاطفة وانفعال قوي إما مفرح أو محزن أو ما شابه , وعادة ما يخزن هذا النوع من الذاكرة في القسم المتوسط من الدماغ , وخصوصا منطقة الدماغ المتوسط , وجزء من الجهاز اللمبي الطرفي ( خصوصا التلفيف بجانب حصان البحر , والجسم الغدي ) . وأعطيكم أمثلة على مثل هذا النوع من الذاكرة , فمن منا مثلا ينسى أول يوم من المدرسة , وما فيه من فرح أو خوف أو ماشابه , ومن منا ينسى يوم زواجه , ومن منا ينسى أول يوم قاد فيها سيارته الخاصة الجديدة , وهكذا , انظر الصورة أما الذاكرة البعيدة فهناك عدة نظريات حولها , فالبعض يعتقد أن المعلومات التي تخزن في الذاكرة البعيدة , تخزن في الأحماض النووية DNA & RNA , والدليل على هذه النظرية وجود زيادة في كمية الحمض النووي ال RNA في داخل الخلايا العصبية مع تقدم العمر وزيادة اكتساب المعلومات , وهناك دليل آخر أنه إذا تم إعطاء مثبطات الحمص النووي ال RNA فإنه يتم توقف الذاكرة البعيدة , ولا يستطيع الإنسان أن يتذكر الأحداث البعيدة أبدا مما يدل على دور الحمض النووي ال RNA في بناء الذاكرة البعيدة , وهناك نظرية أخرى تقول بأن التشابكات بين الخلايا العصبية ( العصبونات ) هي المسئولة عن الذاكرة البعيدة , نظرا لأن تقدم الإنسان في العمر , وزيادة اكتسابه المعلومات , يؤدي إلى زيادة في التشابكات قبل الوصل العصبي من حيث حجمها ومن حيث عددها , وأقول لا تعارض بين النظريتين فقد يكون الزيادة في الحمض النووي ال RNA هي التي تبني هذه التشابكات قبل الوصل العصبي , فكما هو معروف أن الأحماض النووية تعتبر القوالب التي تبني البروتينات المختلفة في الجسم بما فيها التشابكات العصبية . وفي الحقيقة أن في هذا إعجاز عظيم , فتخيلوا إذا ما مات الإنسان , وفني وأصبح ترابا , فإن الله سبحانه وتعالى عندما يخلقه ثانية , فإن يعيد بناء الذرات المختلفة التي تحلل إليها جسمه يعيدها ذرة ذرة , بحيث يعود بناء الأحماض النووية والتشابكات العصبية كما كانت تماما بترتيبها , بتنظيمها , بما تحتويه من معلومات , أدق المعلومات , وأكثرها تفصيلا , والتي إن كانت قد ذهبت خلال الحياة ونسي بعضها أثناء حياة الإنسان , فسيعدها الله مجتمعة كاملة كلها غير منقوصة , وتأملوا قول الله سبحانه وتعالى في ذلك في كثير من الآيات " , قُل كُونُواْ حِجَارَةً أَوْ حَدِيدًا (50) أَوْ خَلْقًا مِّمَّا يَكْبُرُ فِي صُدُورِكُمْ فَسَيَقُولُونَ مَن يُعِيدُنَا قُلِ الَّذِي فَطَرَكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ فَسَيُنْغِضُونَ إِلَيْكَ رُؤُوسَهُمْ وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هُوَ قُلْ عَسَى أَن يَكُونَ قَرِيبًا ( 51) الإسراء في الذاكرة البعيدة تزداد التشابكات قبل الوصل العصبي , ويزداد حجمها مع تقدم العمر مما يشير إلى علاقتها بتخزين المعلومات القديمة التي تتراكم وتزداد مع تقدم العمر , وتأملوا قوله تعالى " وَضَرَبَ لَنَا مَثَلًا وَنَسِيَ خَلْقَهُ قَالَ مَنْ يُحْيِي الْعِظَامَ وَهِيَ رَمِيمٌ ( 78) قُلْ يُحْيِيهَا الَّذِي أَنشَأَهَا أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلْقٍ عَلِيمٌ (79) يس , وقوله تعالى " أَيَحْسَبُ الْإِنسَانُ أَلَّن نَجْمَعَ عِظَامَهُ ( 3) بَلَى قَادِرِينَ عَلَى أَن نُّسَوِّيَ بَنَانَهُ ( 4) القيامة. وفي الحقيقة أنني أعتقد أن هذه الأحداث المرتبطة بانفعالات والتي تخزن في الذاكرة العاطفية , وكذلك في الذاكرة الطويلة التي يتذكرها الإنسان يوم القيامة , عندما يبدأ بتذكر الأحداث الجسام التي مر بها في حياته في الحياة الدنيا , حيث يرى في ذاكرته الأحداث الفاصلة والهامة والتفاصيل التي وصلته إلى هذه المنزلة سواء أكانت سيئة أو عظيمة " وَجِيءَ يَوْمَئِذٍ بِجَهَنَّمَ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَتَذَكَّرُ الْإنسَانُ وَأَنَّى لَهُ الذِّكْرَى ( 23) يَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي قَدَّمْتُ لِحَيَاتِي ( 24) الفجر , وقوله تعالى " يَوْمَ يَتَذَكَّرُ الْإِنسَانُ مَا سَعَى " (35) النازعات . إذا لم تشف من مرضك باستخدام برنامج الغذاء الميزان , فلا تحزن فهو يحسن الله من خلال تطبيق برنامج الغذاء الميزان • ثاني نقطة هامة تتمثل في أننا نستطيع وبإذن الله أن نخفض جرعة الدواء إلى النصف أو الثلث , ومنع التأثيرات الجانبية الكبيرة لكل دواء بشكل كبير جدا من خلال  َ وَقْتًا مِنْ أَوْقَاتِ الإِجَابَةِ السِّتَّةِ، وَهِيَ:

1- الثُّلُثُ الْأَخِيرُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ

2- وَعِنْدَ الأَذَانِ

3- وَبَيْنَ الأَذَانِ وَالْإِقَامَةِ

4- وَأَدْبَارُ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْمَكْتُوبَاتِ *

5- وَعِنْدَ صُعُودِ الإِمَامِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ حَتَّى تُقْضَى الصَّلاةُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ

6- وَآخِرُ سَاعَةٍ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ .

وَصَادَفَ خُشُوعًا فِي الْقَلْبِ، وَانْكِسَارًا بَيْنَ يَدَيِ الرَّبِّ، وَذُلًّا لَهُ، وَتَضَرُّعًا، وَرِقَّةً.

وَاسْتَقْبَلَ الدَّاعِي الْقِبْلَةَ .

وَكَانَ عَلَى طَهَارَةٍ .

وَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ إِلَى اللَّهِ .

وَبَدَأَ بِحَمْدِ اللَّهِ وَالثَّنَاءِ عَلَيْهِ .

ثُمَّ ثَنَّى بِالصَّلاةِ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدِهِ وَرَسُولِهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - .

ثُمَّ قَدَّمَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ حَاجَتِهِ التَّوْبَةَ وَالِاسْتِغْفَارَ .

ثُمَّ دَخَلَ عَلَى اللَّهِ ، وَأَلَحَّ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْمَسْأَلَةِ، وَتَمَلَّقَهُ وَدَعَاهُ رَغْبَةً وَرَهْبَةً.

وَتَوَسَّلَ إِلَيْهِ بِأَسْمَائِهِ وَصِفَاتِهِ وَتَوْحِيدِهِ .

وَقَدَّمَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ دُعَائِهِ صَدَقَةً ،

فَإِنَّ هَذَا الدُّعَاءَ لا يَكَادُ يُرَدُّ أَبَدًا ، وَلا سِيَّمَا إِنْ صَادَفَ الْأَدْعِيَةَ الَّتِي أَخْبَرَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنَّهَا مَظَنَّةُ الْإِجَابَةِ، أَوْ أَنَّهَا مُتَضَمِّنَةٌ لِلاسْمِ الْأَعْظَمِ.

فَمِنْهَا :

مَا فِي السُّنَنِ وَفِي صَحِيحِ ابْنِ حِبَّانَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - سَمِعَ رَجُلاً يَقُولُ : « اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَنِّي أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ لا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، الْأَحَدُ الصَّمَدُ الَّذِي لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ » ، فَقَالَ : « لَقَدْ سَأَلَ اللَّهَ بِالِاسْمِ الَّذِي إِذَا سُئِلَ بِهِ أَعْطَى ، وَإِذَا دُعِيَ بِهِ أَجَابَ » وَفِي لَفْظٍ : « لَقَدْ سَأَلْتَ اللَّهَ بِاسْمِهِ الأَعْظَمِ ».

وَفِي السُّنَنِ وَصَحِيحِ ابْنِ حِبَّانَ أَيْضًا مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - جَالِسًا وَرَجُلٌ يُصَلِّي ، ثُمَّ دَعَا فَقَالَ: « اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَنَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدَ، لا إِلَهَ إِلا أَنْتَ الْمَنَّانُ بَدِيعُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ، يَا ذَا الْجَلالِ وَالإِكْرَامِ، يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ ». فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : « لَقَدْ دَعَا اللَّهَ بِاسْمِهِ الْعَظِيمِ الَّذِي إِذَا دُعِيَ بِهِ أَجَابَ، وَإِذَا سُئِلَ بِهِ أَعْطَى ».

أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ أَحْمَدُ فِي مَسْنَدِهِ .

وَفِي جَامِعِ التِّرْمِذِيِّ، مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ يَزِيدَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : اسْمُ اللَّهِ الْأَعْظَمُ فِي هَاتَيْنِ الْآيَتَيْنِ ﴿وَإِلَهُكُمْ إِلَهٌ وَاحِدٌ لا إِلَهَ إِلا هُوَ الرَّحْمَنُ الرَّحِيمُ﴾ [ سُورَةُ الْبَقَرَةِ : 163 ] . وَفَاتِحَةِ آلِ عِمْرَانَ: ﴿ الم اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ ﴾ ، قَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

وَفِي مُسْنَدِ أَحْمَدَ وَصَحِيحِ الْحَاكِمِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَأَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ وَرَبِيعَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنَّهُ قَالَ : « أَلِظُّوا بَيَا ذَا الْجَلالِ وَالإِكْرَامِ» - يَعْنِي : تَعَلَّقُوا بِهَا وَالْزَمُوا وَدَاوِمُوا عَلَيْهَا.

وَفِي جَامِعِ التِّرْمِذِيِّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ - أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كَانَ إِذَا أَهَمَّهُ الْأَمْرُ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ ، وَإِذَا اجْتَهَدَ فِي الدُّعَاءِ ، قَالَ : « يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ ».

وَفِيهِ أَيْضًا مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إِذَا حَزَبَهُ أَمْرٌ قَالَ : « يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ ».

وَفِي صَحِيحِ الْحَاكِمِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ :« اسْمُ اللَّهِ الأَعْظَمُ فِي ثَلاثِ سُوَرٍ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ: الْبَقَرَةِ، وَآلِ عِمْرَانَ، وَطَهَ »، قَالَ الْقَاسِمُ : فَالْتَمَسْتُهَا فَإِذَا هِيَ آيَةُ ( الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ ) .

وَفِي جَامِعِ التِّرْمِذِيِّ وَصَحِيحِ الْحَاكِمِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : « دَعْوَةُ ذِي النُّونِ، إِذْ دَعَا وَهُوَ فِي بَطْنِ الْحُوتِ ﴿ لا إِلَهَ إِلا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ ﴾ [ سُورَةُ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ : 87 ] إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَدْعُ بِهَا مُسْلِمٌ فِي شَيْءٍ قَطُّ إِلَّا اسْتَجَابَ اللَّهُ لَهُ ».

قَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ : حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ .

وَفِي مُسْتَدْرَكِ الْحَاكِمِ أَيْضًا مِنْ حَدِيثِ سَعْدٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - «أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِشَيْءٍ إِذَا نَزَلَ بِرَجُلٍ مِنْكُمْ أَمْرٌ مُهِمٌّ ، فَدَعَا بِهِ يُفَرِّجُ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ؟ دُعَاءُ ذِي النُّونِ ».

وَفِي صَحِيحِهِ أَيْضًا عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَهُوَ يَقُولُ : « هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى اسْمِ اللَّهِ الْأَعْظَمِ ؟ دُعَاءِ يُونُسَ »، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، هَلْ كَانَ لِيُونُسَ خَاصَّةً ؟ فَقَالَ « أَلَا تَسْمَعُ قَوْلَهُ » : ﴿ فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ وَنَجَّيْنَاهُ مِنَ الْغَمِّ وَكَذَلِكَ نُنْجِي الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴾ [ سُورَةُ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ : 88 ] « فَأَيُّمَا مُسْلِمٍ دَعَا بِهَا فِي مَرَضِهِ أَرْبَعِينَ مَرَّةً فَمَاتَ فِي مَرَضِهِ ذَلِكَ أُعْطِيَ أَجْرَ شَهِيدٍ، وَإِنْ بَرِئَ بَرِئَ مَغْفُورًا لَهُ ».

وَفِي الصَّحِيحَيْنِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كَانَ يَقُولُ عِنْدَ الْكَرْبِ : « لا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ الْعَظِيمُ الْحَلِيمُ، لا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ السَّبْعِ، وَرَبُّ الْأَرْضِ، وَرَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْكَرِيمِ».

وَفِي مُسْنَدِ الْإِمَامِ أَحْمَدَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ - قَالَ : عَلَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إِذَا نَزَلَ بِي كَرْبٌ أَنْ أَقُولَ : « لا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ الْحَلِيمُ الْكَرِيمُ، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَتَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ».

وَفِي مَسْنَدِهِ أَيْضًا مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : « مَا أَصَابَ أَحَدًا قَطُّ هَمٌّ وَلَا حُزْنٌ، فَقَالَ : اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي عَبْدُكَ ابْنُ عَبْدِكَ ابْنُ أَمَتِكَ، نَاصِيَتِي بِيَدِكَ، مَاضٍ فِيَّ حُكْمُكَ، عَدْلٌ فِيَّ قَضَاؤُكَ، أَسْأَلُكَ اللَّهُمَّ بِكُلِّ اسْمٍ هُوَ لَكَ، سَمَّيْتَ بِهِ نَفْسَكَ، أَوْ عَلَّمْتَهُ أَحَدًا مِنْ خَلْقِكَ، أَوْ أَنْزَلْتَهُ فِي كِتَابِكَ، أَوِ اسْتَأْثَرْتَ بِهِ فِي عِلْمِ الْغَيْبِ عِنْدَكَ أَنْ تَجْعَلَ الْقُرْآنَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبِيعَ قَلْبِي، وَنُورَ صَدْرِي، وَجِلَاءَ حُزْنِي، وَذَهَابَ هَمِّي؛ إِلَّا أَذْهَبَ اللَّهُ هَمَّهُ وَحُزْنَهُ، وَأَبْدَلَهُ مَكَانَهُ فَرَحًا، فَقِيلَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَلَا نَتَعَلَّمُهَا ؟ قَالَ : « بَلَى يَنْبَغِي لِمَنْ سَمِعَهَا أَنْ يَتَعَلَّمَهَا ».

وَقَالَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ : مَا كَرَبَ نَبِيٌّ مِنَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ ، إِلَّا اسْتَغَاثَ بِالتَّسْبِيحِ .

وَذَكَرَ ابْنُ أَبِي الدُّنْيَا فِي كِتَابِ الْمُجَابِينَ، وَفِي الدُّعَاءِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ يُكَنَّى أَبَا مُعَلَّقٍ وَكَانَ تَاجِرًا يَتَّجِرُ بِمَالٍ لَهُ وَلِغَيْرِهِ، يَضْرِبُ بِهِ فِي الْآفَاقِ، وَكَانَ نَاسِكًا وَرِعًا، فَخَرَجَ مَرَّةً فَلَقِيَهُ لِصٌّ مُقَنَّعٌ فِي السِّلَاحِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ: ضَعْ مَا مَعَكَ فَإِنِّي قَاتِلُكَ،

قَالَ: فَمَا تُرِيدُهُ مِنْ دَمِي؟ شَأْنُكَ بِالْمَالِ،

قَالَ: أَمَّا الْمَالُ فَلِي، وَلَسْتُ أُرِيدُ إِلَّا دَمَكَ،

قَالَ: أَمَّا إِذَا أَبَيْتَ فَذَرْنِي أُصَلِّي أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ ،

قَالَ: صَلِّ مَا بَدَا لَكَ ،

فَتَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ صَلَّى أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ، فَكَانَ مِنْ دُعَائِهِ فِي آخِرِ سُجُودِهِ أَنْ قَالَ : يَا وَدُودُ يَا وَدُودُ، يَا ذَا الْعَرْشِ الْمَجِيدِ، يَا فَعَّالًا لِمَا تُرِيدُ، أَسْأَلُكَ بِعِزِّكَ الَّذِي لا يُرَامُ، وَبِمُلْكِكَ الَّذِي لَا يُضَامُ، وَبِنُورِكَ الَّذِي مَلأَ أَرْكَانَ عَرْشِكَ أَنْ تَكْفِيَنِي شَرَّ هَذَا اللِّصِّ، يَا مُغِيثُ أَغِثْنِي، ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ،

فَإِذَا هُوَ بِفَارِسٍ قَدْ أَقْبَلَ بِيَدِهِ حَرْبَةٌ قَدْ وَضَعَهَا بَيْنَ أُذُنَيْ فَرَسِهِ، فَلَمَّا بَصُرَ بِهِ اللِّصُّ أَقْبَلَ نَحْوَهُ، فَطَعَنَهُ فَقَتَلَهُ، ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ إِلَيْهِ، فَقَالَ: قُمْ ،

فَقَالَ: مَنْ أَنْتَ بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَأُمِّي؟ فَقَدْ أَغَاثَنِي اللَّهُ بِكَ الْيَوْمَ،

فَقَالَ: أَنَا مَلَكٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ الرَّابِعَةِ، دَعَوْتَ بِدُعَائِكَ الْأَوَّلِ فَسَمِعْتُ لِأَبْوَابِ السَّمَاءِ قَعْقَعَةً، ثُمَّ دَعَوْتَ بِدُعَائِكَ الثَّانِي، فَسَمِعْتُ لِأَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ ضَجَّةً، ثُمَّ دَعَوْتَ بِدُعَائِكَ الثَّالِثِ، فَقِيلَ لِي: دُعَاءُ مَكْرُوبٍ فَسَأَلْتُ اللَّهَ أَنْ يُوَلِّيَنِي قَتْلَهُ،

قَالَ الْحَسَنُ: فَمَنْ تَوَضَّأَ وَصَلَّى أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ، وَدَعَا بِهَذَا الدُّعَاءِ، اسْتُجِيبَ لَهُ، مَكْرُوبًا كَانَ أَوْ غَيْرَ مَكْرُوبٍ.

(*) سُئل شيخ الإسلام ـ رحمه الله ـ كيف يكون في آخر الصلاة وقد قيِّد بدُبُرِها فقال: دُبُرُ الشيء منه كدُبُرِ الحيوان، فإن الحيوان له دُبُر، ودُبُره في نفس الجسم، فكذلك دُبُر الصَّلاة يكون من الصَّلاة، وإذا كان الرَّسول صلّى الله عليه وسلّم أرشدنا بأن ندعو بعد التشهُّدِ صار الدُّعاء المقيَّد بالدُّبُر محلَّه قبل السَّلام آخر الصَّلاة. [نقلاً من الشرح الممتع لابن عثيمين]
