اسم علم مذكر عربي، مركب بالإضافة. والرحيم: هو الله صفة له، وصفة لعباده، على عكس "الرحمن" الصفة الخاصة به. والرحيم: الكثير الرحمة والعطف والشفقة. وقولنا: ﴿ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ﴾ أننا نبدأ باسمه تعالى، ثم يليه" الرحمن" الصفة الخاصة به دون المخلوقات، ثم "الرحيم" الصفة الخاصة به وبعباده. فيجوز أن نقول: أبي رحيم، ولا يجون أن نقول: أبي رحمن. كما لا يجوز تقديم اسم على آخر في البسملة. وعبد الرحيم بن علي القاضي الفاضل (ت 596) وزير صلاح الدين.الرحيم: هو المتجلي على عباده بالنعمة والخير وهو خاص بأهل الطاعة من المؤمنين،
الرحيم في اللغة من صيغ المبالغة ، فعيل بمعنى فاعلٍ كسَمِيعٌ بمعنى سامِع وقديرٌ بمعنى قادر ، والرحيم دل على صفة الرحمة الخاصة التي ينالها المؤمنون ، فالرَّحْمَنُ الرحيم بنيت صفة الرحمة الأُولى على فعلان لأَن معناه الكثرة ، فرحمته وسِعَتْ كل شيء وهو أَرْحَمُ الراحمين ، وأَما الرَّحِيمُ فإِنما ذكر بعد الرَّحْمن لأن الرَّحْمن مقصور على الله عز وجل ، والرحيم قد يكون لغيره ، فجيء بالرحيم بعد استغراق الرَّحْمنِ معنى الرحْمَة لاختصاص المؤمنين بها كما في قوله :  وَكَانَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَحِيما ً [الأحزاب:43] ، وقال عبد الله بن عباس  : ( هما اسمان رقيقان أَحدهما أَرق من الآخر ) ( ) .
والرحمة الخاصة التي دل عليها اسمه الرحيم شملت عباده المؤمنين في الدنيا والآخرة فقد هداهم إلى توحيده وعبوديته ، وهو الذي أكرهم في الآخرة بجنته ، ومنَّ عليهم في النعيم برؤيته ( ) ، ورحمة الله لا تقتصر على المؤمنين فقط ؛ بل تمتد لتشمل ذريتهم من بعدهم تكريما لهم كما قال تعالى في نبأ الخضر والجدار :
 وَأَمَّا الْجِدَارُ فَكَانَ لِغُلامَيْنِ يَتِيمَيْنِ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ وَكَانَ تَحْتَهُ كَنزٌ لهُمَا وَكَانَ أَبُوهُمَا صَالِحًا فَأَرَادَ رَبُّكَ أَنْ يَبْلُغَا أَشُدَّهُمَا وَيَسْتَخْرِجَا كَنزَهُمَا رَحْمَةً مِّن رَّبِّكَ  [الكهف:82] ، فالإيمان بالله والعمل في طاعته وتقواه من أهم أسباب الرحمة الخاصة ، قال تعالى :  وَأَطِيعُواْ اللّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ لَعَلكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ  [آل عمران:132] ، وقال :  وَهَذَا كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ مُبَارَكٌ فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَاتَّقُوا لَعَلكُمْ تُرْحَمُون الرحيم: هو المتجلي على عباده بالنعمة والخير وهو خاص بأهل الطاعة من المؤمنين، ففي الدنيا يحيون حياة طيبة، وينعمون بفضل ربهم الرحيم، وفي الجنة يتمتعون بما أعدَّ لهم الله فيها من النعيم المقيم.ورد إسم الرحيم في القرآن الكريم 33 مرة 
مرة واحدة في كل سورة من السور التالية الفاتحة.يونس.يوسف.الحجر.النمل.القصص.الروم.السجدة.سبأ.يس.الزمر.فصلت.الشورى.الدخان.الأحقاف.الطور.الحشر.
سورة البقرة 5 مرات

سورة الشعراء 9 مرات
, فهي أول آية في القرآن  الكريم, لذلك نجد الرسول الكريم  يبدأ مختلف أعماله بهذه الآية الكريمة, و ذلك لثقل هذه الآية و أهميتها. فهذه الكلمات الأربع أنزلها الله تعالى لتكون شفاء و رحمة  لكل مؤمن رضي بالله تعالى رباً وبالإسلام ديناً وبالقرآن إماماً وبمحمد صلى الله عليه وسلم نبياً ورسولاً.

الأساس الرياضي لعملية توزع الحروف

إذن عند دراستنا لتوزع حروف معينة على كلمات الآية ننطلق من أساس رياضي متين، فكل كلمة من كلمات الآية تمثل مرتبة ومَنْزِلة، إما أن يكون رقمها صفر وهذا  يعني أن الكلمة لا تحوي أي حرف من حروف اسم ﴿الله﴾ الألف واللام والهاء، أو تأخذ  هذه الكلمة الرقم 1 وهذا يعني أن الكلمة تحوي حرفاً واحداً من حروف لفظ الجلالة قد يكون الألف أو اللام والهاء أو تأخذ الرقم 2 وهذا يعني أن الكلمة تحوي حرفين من حروف لفظ الجلالة أو تأخذ الرقم 3 وهذا يعني أن الكلمة تحوي ثلاثة أحرف من حروف اسم ﴿الله﴾ الألف واللام والهاء، وهكذا.

أيضاً هنالك أساس رياضي فيما يسمى بتقاطع المجموعات، فنحن في البسملة لدينا 4 مجموعات وهي كلمات البسملة الأربعة، وكل مجموعة تحوي عدداً من الحروف هي حروف كل كلمة من كلمات الآية، ويتم تقاطع هذه المجموعات الأربع  مع مجموعة هي حروف اسم ﴿الله﴾ أي الألف واللام والهاء وبالتالي نأخذ الحروف المشتركة بين كل مجموعتين.

إن وجود نظام المجموعات وتقاطعها في حروف القرآن دليل على السبق الرياضي للقرآن فيما يسمى بالرياضيات الحديثة. هذا وإن الهدف من وجود نظام قائم على حروف اسم ﴿الله﴾ هو للدالة على أن الله عز وجل هو الذي أنزل هذه الآية وأحكمها بهذا البناء العجيب. ولكن هنالك نظام أكثر إعجازاً يقوم على أسماء الله الحسنى في هذه الآية.

الأساس الرياضي

لو قمنا بعدّ حروف كل كلمة من كلمات البسملة كما كُتبت في القرآن فإننا نجد:

كلمة ﴿بسم ﴾ عدد حروفها  3  حروف

كلمة ﴿الله ﴾ عدد حروفها     4  حروف

كلمة ﴿الرَّحْمنِ ﴾ عدد حروفها  6  حروف

كلمة ﴿الرَّحِيمِ ﴾ عدد حروفها  6  حروف

إن مجموع هذه الأرقام هو: 3 + 4 + 6 + 6 = 19 حرفاً، فإذا ما تغيَّر ترتيب هذه الكلمات يبقى المجموع نفسه. والله تعالى حفظ تسلسل كلمات كتابه، لذلك اختار طريقة صف الأرقام كما يلي، لنكتب البسملة وتحت كل كلمة عدد حروفها:

بِسْمِ       اللَّهِ     الرَّحْمنِ      الرَّحِيمِ

3        4        6           6

إذا قرأنا العدد الذي يمثل تسلسل حروف البسملة كما هو دون جمعه يصبح 6643 ستة آلآف وست مئة وثلاثة وأربعون، ميزات هذا العدد أننا نرى فيه حروف كل كلمة من كلمات البسملة، ففي العدد 6643 نرى بأن الرقم 3 يمثل حروف أول كلمة، الرقم 4 يمثل عدد حروف الكلمة الثانية وهكذا..

ولكن ما هو الميزان الذي بواسطته ينضبط العدد 6643 ليبقى محفوظاً برعاية الله تعالى ؟ إنها عملية القسمة على رقم محدد، أو مضاعفات هذا الرقم. هذا العدد من مضاعفات السبعة!

6643 = 7 × 949

ونقرأ كما يلي: إن العدد الذي يمثل مصفوفة حروف البسملة هوستة آلاف وست مئة وثلاثة وأربعون، هذا العدد من مضاعفات السبعة، فهو يساوي حاصل ضرب سبعة في عدد صحيح هو 949.

ميزات هذه الطريقة

من أهم مميزات صف الأرقام حسب تسلسلها في كتاب الله تعالى أنها تحافظ على تسلسل كلمات الآية، ولو تغيّر ترتيب أي كلمة فإن العدد المصفوف سيتغير ولن يقبل القسمة على سبعة لأن طريقة صفّ الأرقام حساسة جداً لأي تغيير في عدد أو تسلسل الحروف.

كما أن هذه الطريقة تتميّز عن طريقة الجمع بأن الأعداد الناتجة شديدة الضخامة، فكل كلمة تحتل مرتبة أو منْزِلة: آحاد ـ عشرات ـ مئات ـ آلاف ـ عشرات الآلآف ـ مئات الآلآف ...... وهكذا إذا أردنا كتابة العدد الذي يمثل مصفوف حروف الفاتحة سنجد عدداً من  31 مرتبة أي من مرتبة المليون مليون مليون مليون مليون!!!

إذن طريقة صف الأرقام تناسب معجزة شديدة التعقيد والضخامة تتجلى في القرن الواحد والعشرين. والسؤال: كيف لو مثّلنا حروف كلمات القرآن كله! إن العدد الناتج سيتألف من أكثر من سبعين ألف مرتبة! فتأمل ضخامة أعداد القرآن!!

من الأشياء الممتعة في علم الرياضيات ما يسمى بالسلاسل العددية أو الرقمية، واكتشاف ودراسة هذه السلاسل ساهم بشكل أساسي في تطور جميع العلوم مثل علوم التكنولوجيا الرقمية، ولكن ما هي هذه السلاسل وما الفائدة منها؟

فعندما فكّر العلماء باختراع الحاسبات الرقمية كان لابد من وضع التصميم المناسب لإنجاز العمليات الحسابية داخل هذه الحاسبات الإلكترونية. وبما أن الحاسبة لا تفقه لغة الأرقام، تم وضع الأسس الرياضية لما سمي بالنظام الثنائي الذي يعتمد على رقمين فقط الواحد والصفر.

وفق هذا النظام يتم كتابة أي عدد مهما كبُر أو صغُر، وذلك على شكل سلسلة تتألف من الرقمين 1 و 0 ، ويتكرر هذين الرقمين بما يتناسب مع العدد المطلوب.

الآن نأتي إلى النظام العشري الذي نستخدمه في حساباتنا العادية، وهذا النظام يمكن تمثيله بواسطة سلسلة رقمية أساسها الرقم 10، ويمكن أن نكتب هذه السلسلة من الأعداد:

1     10   100   1000   10000    100000  .......

إذن كل حّد يتضاعف عن سابقه عشر مرات. ولكي لا نثقل على القارئ الكريم بهذه الأعداد  نبقى في رحاب الآية الكريمة ونحلل العدد الناتج والذي يمثل سلسلة عددية من الأرقام هي: 6643، فهذا العدد هو سلسلة رقمية يمكن كتابتها وفق المجموع  الآتي:

( 3 × 1 )  +  ( 4 × 10)  +  ( 6 × 100)  +  ( 6 × 1000)

3      +      40        +     600          +       6000   

آحاد    +  عشرات       +     مئات          +        آلاف

وهذا يساوي العدد الأصلي 6643 وهو يمثل مصفوف حروف البسملة.

إذن عندما نكتب عدد حروف كل كلمة من كلمات الآية بطريقة صف الأرقام، إنما نقوم بعدّ حروف كل كلمة، ووضع الرقم تحت الكلمة،  ونقرأ العدد الناتج والذي يتألف من مراتب (آحاد، عشرات، مئات، آلاف، عشرات الآلاف......)، أي أن كل كلمة تحتل مَنْزِلة تتضاعف عشر مرات عن الكلمة التي تسبقها.

إن وجود السلاسل الرقمية في كتاب الله عز وجل، دليل على أن القرآن العظيم قد سبق علماء الرياضيات إلى هذا العلم بقرون طويلة!!

قبل متابعة المعجزة الإلهية في البسملة نذكّر بأن العدد 6643 لا يمثل مجموع عدد حروف الآية بل هو مصفوف حروف الآية. والسؤال: هل يكفي  هذا النظام لضبط حروف الآية وحفظها من التحريف ؟ لنقرأ الفقرة الآتية.

حروف اسم ﴿الله﴾ في أول آية من كتاب الله

لزيادة ضبط حروف الآية وإحكام بنائِها فقد رتب الله عزّ وجلّ حروف اسمه في كلمات الآية بنظام سباعي معجز! وفكرة هذا النظام تعتمد على عدّ حروف  اسم ﴿الله﴾ في كل كلمة. إذن لا نعدّ كل حروف الآية بل نعدّ فقط ما تحويه من حروف الألف واللام والهاء، أي حروف لفظ الجلالة ﴿الله﴾ وهذا يعطي:

كلمة ﴿بِسْمِ﴾ عدد حروف الألف واللام والهاء  0

كلمة ﴿اللهِ﴾ عدد حروف الألف واللام والهاء    4

كلمة ﴿الرَّحْمنِ﴾ عدد حروف الألف واللام والهاء 2

كلمة ﴿الرَّحِيمِ﴾ عدد حروف الألف واللام والهاء 2

إذن نحن أمام سلسلة جديدة من الأرقام هي: 0-4-2-2  كل رقم يمثل ما تحويه كل كلمة من حروف اسم ﴿الله﴾ سبحانه وتعالى. ولذلك نعيد كتابة الآية مع الأرقام الجديدة التي تمثل توزع اسم ﴿الله﴾ في كلماتها:

بِسْمِ    الله    الرَّحْمنِ    الرَّحِيمِ

0     4       2        2

إن العدد 2240 ألفان ومئتان وأربعون هو عدد يقبل القسمة على سبعة من دون باق، أي هو من مضاعفات السبعة فهو يساوي:

 2240 = 7 × 320

إذن العدد الذي يمثل مصفوفة حروف الآية من مضاعفات السبعة، وكذلك  العدد الذي يمثل مصفوفة حروف اسم ﴿الله﴾ في الآية من مضاعفات السبعة.

في علم الهندسة بمختلف اختصاصاتها هنالك علم مهمّ يدرس توزع الأشياء الهندسية في مجالات محددة. فمثلاً في علم هندسة الطيران وحتى تكون الطائرة  ناجحة وآمنة وتنجز  رحلالتها بسلامة، يجب دراسة توزع ضغط الهواء حول جناحيها في كل نقطة، ومعالجة هذه المعطيات بحيث لا تتجاوز حدوداً هي المسموح بها. إذن يتم تقسيم الجناح إلى شبكة مربعات ونقيس الضغط في كل مربع ثم نشكل ما يسمى بمصفوفة المعطيات الرقمية وتتم معالجتها بطرق رياضية معروفة.

أسْمَاء الله جلَّ وعلا

إن البارئ تبارك وتعالى أحكم بناء كتابة بشكل لا يمكن لأحدٍٍ أن يأتي بمثله، فرتب الحروف والكلمات بنظام رياضي عجيب وفريد. ومن أغرب الأنظمة الرياضية هو توزع حروف أسماء الله الحسنى وهما ﴿الرَّحْمنِ﴾ و﴿الرَّحِيمِ﴾. وقبل اكتشاف النظام الرياضي لحروف هذين الاسمين في البسملة يجب أن نتدبّر معنى ودلالات كل اسم.

نحن نعلم أن الشدة عكس الرحمة وقد جَمَعَت الآية صفتين لله عز وجل: صفة التَّنْزيه والشدة والقوة والعَظَمَة والجبروت وتمثلها كلمة ﴿الرَّحْمنِ﴾، وصفة الرحمة والمغفرة والرأفة والتوبة وتمثلها كلمة ﴿الرَّحِيمِ﴾.

إذن نحن أمام صفتين متعاكستين من حيث الدلالة اللغوية والبلاغية، والسؤال: ماذا عن النظام الرقمي لهاتين الكلمتين ؟ وهل من الممكن أن نجد تعاكساً رقمياً يتفق مع التعاكس اللغوي ؟ هذا ما سوف نشاهده فعلاً من خلال دراسة توزع حروف هذين الاسمين الكريمين على كلمات الآية، لذا نجد أن الأعداد الناتجة تقبل القسمة على سبعة باتجاهين متعاكسين!!

وهنا نكتشف شيئاً جديداً في الرياضيات القرآنية وهو قراءة الأعداد باتجاهين متعاكسين! وهذه ميزة يتميز بها كتاب الله تعالى للدلالة على أنه كتاب مُحكَم: ﴿الر كِتَابٌ أُحْكِمَتْ آيَاتُهُ ثُمَّ فُصِّلَتْ مِنْ لَدُنْ حَكِيمٍ خَبِيرٍ﴾ [هود: 11/1].

والذي يبحث في كتاب الله عن هذين الاسمين يجد أن كلمة ﴿الرَّحْمنِ﴾ غالباً ما ترد في مواضع الشدة ومواضع التنْزيه لله تعالى، مثل:  ﴿وَمَا يَنبَغِي لِلرَّحْمَنِ أَن يَتَّخِذَ وَلَداً﴾ [مريم: 19/92].  وقوله تعالى: ﴿وَقَالُوا اتَّخَذَ الرَّحْمنِ وَلَداً سُبْحَانَهُ بَلْ عِبَادٌ مُّكْرَمُونَ﴾ [الأنبياء: 21/26]. وقوله تعالى: ﴿يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الرُّوحُ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ صَفّاً لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ إِلَّا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ الرَّحْمنِ وَقَالَ صَوَاباً﴾ [النبأ: 78/38].
