دهب الشيخ الشعراوي لمنطقة في مصر وألقى درسا في مسجدها ... عندما انتهى وأراد ركوب السيارة التي ستوصله لبيته ...إلتف حشد كبير حوله وهم يحيونه ... وبعد إنصرافه من المنطقة ابتعد قليلا حتى دهب الناس ورجع للمسجد وقام بتنظيف مراحيضها حتى لايشعر بالكبر بعد كل دلك الاعجاب من الناس هكدا هم الصالحون

هل تعلم ان ..

الطماطم تحمي الرجال من سرطان البروستاتاستنتج العلماء ان الطماطم تحمي الرجال من الاصابة بسرطان البروستات.
توصل علماء جامعة بريستول البريطانية الى هذا الاستنتاج، من نتائج التجارب التي اجروها، حيث بينت ان الرجال (50 - 65 سنة) الذين يتناولون الطماطم بصورة منتظمة لا يصابون بهذا المرض، مقارنة بالذين لا يحبون الطماطم أو نادرا ما يتناولونها.
وينصح الأطباء بتناول 10 وجبات من الطماطم اسبوعيا (الوجبة 150 غم). ويمكن تناولها مطبوخة وطازجة أو على شكل معجون وعصير. ويربط العلماء هذه الفائدة بوجود مادة الليكوبين في الطماطم التي تعتبر من المضادات القوية للأكسدة، وتحمي الحمض النووي والخلايا من التفتت بسبب السموم.
وتجدر الاشارة الى ان الأطباء ينصحون عادة الرجال بعدم تناول الأطعمة الدسمة والمقلية والمالحة، والوجبات السريعة. كما أن الجلوس لفترات طويلة والتدخين يساعدان في ازدياد احتمال الاصابة بمرض البروستات وأمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية.
