Have you ever wondered if there is a hidden cause that links many diseases today?
Many doctors, herbalists and nutritionists say the reason is strong acid imbalance. Some of us may have heard that alkaline foods are healthy or acidic foods are causing the disease. But this is not true. The right balance is needed. Acidic foods are essential for the body. However, a lot of acidity is caused by an imbalance in the pH of the disease. This condition is called acidosis.
Acetaminosis is very common in our society, because the diet is rich in foods producing acids such as meat, eggs and dairy products. Our diets often lack alkaline foods such as vegetables. We also consume large quantities of white sugar, flour and acid-producing beverages such as tea, coffee and soft drinks. Many of us also drink sweetened beverages and sweeteners with artificial sweeteners such as aspartame, which produce a lot of acids. So what is the consequence of that?
When our organs become acidic, the body responds by using alkaline stock to restore the acid balance in the body. This ends up depleting the alkaline stock including calcium, leaving the body vulnerable to disease.

PH (pH) measures the alkalinity or acidity of any solution using a scale between 1-14. The lower PH value means that it is more acidic, and its higher mean that it is more alkaline. PH 7 is neutral, neither acid nor alkaline. The body constantly seeks to achieve this pH balance in body fluids.
When the body is acidic, it is forced to borrow minerals, including calcium, sodium, potassium and magnesium, from vital organs and bones to neutralize acids and remove them from the body. This effort can cause damage to the body that stays hidden for several years.

If you suffer from acidity, restore balance to your body. Choose a diet consisting of 80% alkaline foods such as fruits, vegetables, beans, lentils, peas, spices, herbs, nuts and seeds, and 20% sour foods such as meat, poultry, eggs, fish, grains and legumes.
In the case of acid equilibrium, the normal ratio is 60% of the alkaline food and 40% of the acidic food.
Our bodies need acidic and alkaline foods. If there is an imbalance, this will create serious health problems. Because acidity is a major concern, alkaline foods are the primary means of achieving and maintaining the optimal balance of health.
You can check pH to see your body's pH at home. Using special paper tapes to measure the pH. If you see a urine test (morning) between 6 to 6.5 or 6.5 to 7 (in the evening), you have a healthy baseline pH.
The saliva test should be between 6.5 and 7.5 during the whole day to be a natural health.
For the best results, the pH test should be performed two hours before meals or after one hour of meals several times a week.
