Faith
1) Faith Language: Ratification.
In the shar'i: faith is a word and a deed, it increases and diminishes, it is the saying of the heart and the tongue, and the work of the heart, tongue and elbows.
And the work of the horseman: the act of the prohibitions and the abandonment.
2) Whoever removes the work from the faith is rejected, and whoever enters something that is not of it, he is an innovator.
3) Whoever does not acknowledge the two testimonies, neither the name of the faith nor his judgment is proven to him either in this world or in the Hereafter.
4) Islam and faith are legitimate names between them in general and in particular from each face. Every believer is Muslim, and not every Muslim is a believer, and the people of the Qiblah are called Muslims.
5) The great sinner without disbelief and shirk does not come out of the faith, he is in the world a believer lacking faith, and in the Hereafter under the will of Allah, if he wills forgive him and if he wills his punishment, and the monotheists are all their fate to Paradise. Never .
6) It is not permissible to cut off some of the people of the qiblah in Paradise or fire unless the text is proven in its right.
7) The infidelity mentioned in the shar'i language is two parts: the greatest way out of the mullah, and the smallest one out of the mullah and sometimes called kufr.
8) The takfir of the shar'i rulings that are related to the Qur'aan and Sunnah, so it is not permissible to expiate a Muslim by saying or doing anything unless a shar'i evidence indicates that it is not necessary to release the ruling of kufr on saying or doing something that is proven in the right of the appointed person unless the conditions are met. Atonement is one of the most serious punishments.
