احترم نفسك لكل واحد بيتعدي على حرية الاخرين .. لكل واحد شايف نفسه على البنات .. لكل واحد بيضايق بنت في الشارع… بكلمة..بنظرة ..بلمسة…مش فارقة.. المهم ان خلاص بقى مش هنسكت ..! عشان لسه فيكي رجالة يامصر ! عملنا استفتاء بين 100 شاب و شابه وجدنا نتائج مخيفة 1- 94% من البنات تعرضن للتحرش ونشك ان الباقي فاهم أصلا يعني إيه تحرش؟ 2- 50 % رد فعلهم سلبي 3- 64 % بتخاف تحكي لأهلها !! سألنا الشباب رد فعلهم لو شافوا ولد بيتحرش ببنت 14 % منهم قال ماليش دعوة 34 % قال هتدخل لكن بشرط تكون محترمة ! 20 % قال لو شكلها مش محترم هعاكس معاهم !! ده غير حكايات البنات اللي بتوصل على إيميل المجلة كل يوم ..حكايات تخلي الحجر يتحرك …!!  مستني إيه محتاجينك معانا في الحمله يمكن أكتر من البنات… محتاجينك عشان نحمي اختك والدتك ،زوجتك انها تتعرض لأي أذى من أي حد ! محتاجينك تبقي أقوى تعرفي حقوقك …متخليش حد ينتهك حريتك …عايزينك تبقي أجرأ..متخافيش.. احنا عايزين إيه من الحملة؟ - عايزينك تعرف إيه هو التحرش ؟ - عايزينك تتعلمي إزاي تتصرفي لو حد ضايقك في الشارع - نفكر كلنا في طرق مبتكرة تحمي بيها البنت نفسها - عايزين الولاد يعرفوا قد إيه الحكاية دي مؤذية لكل بنت - نرجع تاني نخوة ولاد البلد لما كان واحد يشوف بنت بتتعاكس - عايزين الأهالي تعلم بناتها إزاي تتصرف ويكون ليها رد فعل لو اتعرضت لأي حاجة في الشارع - عايزين الأهالي تفهم ان البنت ضحية مش عشان اتعاكست يبقي لازم تكون هي السبب - عايزين قانون واضح ضد التحرش عشان من حقنا كلنا نعيش بحرية…..

أهرب لفترة من الوقت:
في بعض الأحيان حين تتعرض لمشكلة ما حاول الهرب منها، فهذا سيساعدك _ انغمس في كتاب شيق أو فيلم مثير أو رحلة قصيرة. لن ينفعك المكوث في مكانك وتعرضك للعذاب، كنوع من عقاب الذات. فالحل الأسلم يكون بالهروب لفترة قصيرة تلتقط فيها أنفاسك وتستعيد  توازنك. ولكن عد إلى مشكلتك وتعامل معها حينما تشعر بأنك، أو بأن الأشخاص الذين من حولك، مستعدون لذلك بشكل أفضل عاطفياً وعقلياً.

الرجل لا يولد قاسي القلب ولكن حياته تريه ان الدنيا بالعقل وهو السبيل للعيش ومن ثم اذا اراد ان يغير ذلك يجب ان يكون ببطا
ولكن المراة تولد وترا الحياة على شكل واحة تجمع فيها كل ما تحب وان لم يعجبها شيء الغته من هذه الواحة
